Selling our Peugeot 2008 that we have with us since 2017. Great car which we'll put 12 months MOT on tomorrow as there is only a couple months left. 20 per year tax. We are the second owners. It was bought with the idea that it would be a car for my partner to use mainly locally, but ended up with me and I commute 120 miles per day, hence the mileage. I have used the car every day for the last 6 years and it has never let us down. Every year MOT advisories are done as well as any defects. Services carried out every 10k miles, (next one due in 7 months) would say very good bodywork with hardly any marks. As we thought we were keeping it, last October we had Cambelt done, including water pump and gasket, Aux belt, replaced turbo intercooler unit, driveshaft unit, gearbox oil replaced, anti roll bars, suspension arms, rear brake disks with rear wheel bearings. There is about 1.5k of work carried out in the last 12 months. Tyres all seem good, we replace them a lot with the mileage driven. Now bought a new car so selling on. Now any bad points, there are a couple of chips in the windscreen, but small, and passed MOT the last 4 years. drivers window, goes up as it should, but not in one press, you have to press up a few times. knocks from underneath. There are some bushes we presume making noise, we always replace ones that need replacing at MOT, so all safe, just can be noisy if hitting a pothole etc. Alloys are in need of a refurb due to the lacquer coming off in parts.
