Description

This beautiful Morgan 3 Wheeler was built in 2015. Although originally released in 2012, Morgan Motor Company made a lot of design improvements in around 2014, meaning post-2014 models are generally more sought after. I have owned this for just over two years, and taken it on good long journeys down to the South Coast and up to the Scottish Highlands and it has never suffered any major problems. It has benefitted from regular servicing by Morgan accredited specialists as documented in the log book. It had new Avon front tyres fitted in December 2022, a new battery in December 2023, and a new indicator module in May 2024 (when it was last serviced). It has an up-to-date MOT and six months of tax. In short, while it has some miles under its belt, it is in superb working order! As you will hear others say, it really is the most incredible car, and completely unrivalled in terms of sheer driving joy. Even by M3W standards, this car gets a lot of looks and smiles. It is the only example I have ever seen in glorious yellow. I have won awards at car shows, reflecting the greta condition it is in. There are a couple of scratches an nics, commensurate with having been used and enjoyed. As for additional features, the Fairbourne style windscreen is very pretty, and offers slightly more protection than the standard M3W screens. The black version of the mighty S&S 2 litre v-twin is rarer than the chrome version, and I think nicely offset against the yellow. The three-eared spinners are, again, rarer than the standard, or even the two-eared spinners you see on some models. The comfort steering pack, together with the MX5 gearbox make this a really nice drive, whilst the lack of any power steering etc. mean you are absolutely connected to the feel of the road underneath you. In summary, this is absolutely guaranteed to put a smile on your face...and everybody elses. I am sad to be selling it, but am only doing so for personal reasons (buying a house, starting a family, etc.) It's currently based in County Durham, so I'm happy to field enquiries from anyone interested in hearing further details and/or coming out for a spin!.
