FREE FROM ALL COMMON R8 ISSUES! Hello & thanks for taking the time to look at my ad for my pride & joy. I am hoping that as your looking at R8s you have done your research, as while they are a very reliable super car, just like any car they can suffer with some common faults. It genuinely took me a very long time to find this one, and I have the glowing Pre purchase inspection report I had done before purchasing this beautiful R8 which I can provide for anyone coming to take a look.It has the Audi non magnetic ride suspension from factory (this will save you around 8k..... not if, but when the mag ride fails)It's had a carbon clean, and the air con works perfectly. I've had the HVAC replaced for piece of mind. These are the 3 common issues that you need to be aware off, I looked at 9 R8's over 2 months and 7 out of the 9 had leaking magnetic ride suspension, some were literally dripping.Also this is the rare and much desirable mannual, please don't buy a R tronic, they are awful, and should never have been put in an R8. Each to their own but the gated manual is such a good box and really makes an already incredible drivers car that much more fun and engaging. Please drive both if your serious about getting one of these cars. This comes with full service history, a mix of Audi and specialist. MOT till April 2025, but can put a fresh mot and oil change for the right price. Only 5 owners, everything works as it should and is by far the best performance car I have ever owned (and I've been lucky enough to own many) as you can see I took her to Monaco this year, it was around a 3000 mile trip, without fault and was one of the best things I've ever done. She's done just under 63k miles and drives faultlessly and sounds amazing. When I bought the car, it had just had a new clutch, breaks and steering rack all under 5k miles ago.I have loads of paperwork and history. In my time she has been maintained at Porshe, Purley cause my old Audi tech of 20 years now works there. It's actually such a practical super car, and can be used as a daily driver. We went to France for 10 days and had 2 suitcases and 2 holdols, can also fit 2 sets of golf clubs behind the seats and a trolly in the Frunk. The car has been wrapped red. I have loads and loads of pictures of the original paint which is gun metal grey and the paintwork is near perfect. The wrap is still in great condition and it turns heads.
