For sale my 1999 Rover 420 Hatchback. This is the Rover T16 Petrol. Not K Series. Runs and drives superly for age. MOT March 2025. Recent air con compressor replacement and regas. Air con blows ice cold. Suspension, CV joints, track rods and brake calipers all replaced in last few years. With good quality parts. Owned by me for 8 years and 3/4 of the total mileage. Prior to that car was a bit of a barn find, having spent most her life with the same gentleman prior to sale jn 2016. Ready to use and enjoy. Genuine sale due to lack of use. Very dependable car that should be worth allot more and hopefully will survive long enough to reach full classic status. Please note this is a 25 year old car. There are a few minor cosmetic age related damage. Such as small lacquer peel on wing mirror cover and bonnet. Plus a few little dents. Underside clean. This has been regularly repainted. Interior clean. I have the original black plastic Rover door mirrors. Sale will include a small collection of spare parts, trim and original radio. No test drives unless with proof of 3rd party cover and payment of full asking price as a deposit. Otherwise I will demo the car to serious buyers. Mileage will continue to go up as in regular use. Only bad point is the exhaust will need replacing at some point as it has recently been repaired. Air con works great. Note this is a neo classic car that is getting harder to get parts for. If you are after a cheap run about, this is probably not the car for you. Future classic car that will go up in value. Still plenty of life left for regular use.
