We've owned this superb car for 10 years since purchasing from Derby Audi as an Approved used car @ 52k miles having had 3 previous owners. My wife recently decided she wanted an SUV and has now moved on to a Q2 Quattro. Personally I think this era of A3 is still a better car and great build quality but she wants to be higher up! Being a Black edition it benefits from cosmetic enhancements on the S-Line trim, Bose speakers and flat bottomed sports steering wheel with paddles, full S-line black leather interior with heated front seats as well as larger 18" gunmetal grey RS style alloys (recent refurb so no kerb marks!). In addition to routine maintenance and service history, the camchain was replaced as part of a top end rebuild by Audi under warranty at around 60k and we have kept the car well maintained since (more recent years by Central Audi, B'ham - specialist independent). Last year it had a thorough overhaul having not covered many miles since Covid with over 4k spent on work to rectify some oil leaks (including a new sump, crankshaft flange, and gearbox cover) as well as brake caliper, shock absorbers and springs + wheel alignment ... It has recent Avon ZV7 tyres all round, new dics and pads all round replaced @ 105k miles. It's just had a fresh oil service and is MOT'd until Oct.'2025. It needs for nothing for some miles, runs perfectly as it should and has the benefit of incredible grip and traction for the upcoming winter with legendary Quattro drive. It is original paint that has had some touch up of minor marks and stone chip repairs but it still looks smart for it's age - also as a petrol of this age it is congestion charge/ULEZ compliant.
