Not your average PX2 Ranger! Very reluctantly having to sell my pride and joy due to an upcoming job change. I have owned it since 2018 with 15,000 miles and it has been a fantastic daily driver and adventure vehicle for numerous long distance camping trips. Wildtrak trim and all options ticked - meaning off-road pack with the rear differential lock, adaptive cruise, lane assist and front collision alert. This Ranger has been professionally upgraded by Paul Brown of PB Customs who is renowned in the UK as one of the best regarded specialists for 4x4 upgrades. Everything you see fitted to the vehicle was reviewed and installed by him at his workshop, including: Full suite of genuine ARB off-road protection: ARB Summit Raw rear bar (with rated recovery point and detachable tow ball), ARB chassis-mounted side steps, full ARB underbody protection kit (including rated front recovery point), KMC XD134 Addict 2, 17x9, +18mm offset alloy wheels, with 285/70R17 Cooper Discoverer S/T Maxx tyres (x5 - full size spare with same wheel under the tub), Dinitrol chassis under seal first applied in 2019, reapplied last summer in 2023, meaning a rust-free chassis in great condition, Ironman Foam Cell +40mm comfort suspension kit- EGR wheel arch flares, colour coded sea grey in professional paint shop, iDrive throttle controller, Wilderness Lighting 20" Solo combo light bar fitted to front lower grille (which does not interfere with function of adaptive cruise control sensor), Wilderness Lighting Compact 2 scene reversing lights in tailgate, Baja Designs S2 Pro combo A-pillar / ditch lights, Lightforce integrated switch fascia with custom switches for light bar and ditch lights. The truck has had no expense spared and has been thoroughly loved and maintained throughout my 6 years of ownership. Tyres have been rotated front to back every 6,000 miles, resulting in very even tyre wear. Oil changes done by Ford every 8-9,000 miles (much more frequently than required, to prolong engine life). Full Ford main-dealer service history and all upgrade receipts also available. It has been very reliable and dependable and a joy to own and use. It has never been used for towing on road, only for occasional recovery of other vehicles, and has never hauled heavy loads in the tub.
