Owned by us since 2016. Bought for our daughter after she passed her test. It had about 80k miles at that point and now has about 138k. It's been very reliable. The main issues, all in the last couple of years, have been the power steering pump (replaced) and a radiator leak (also replaced). Both electric window motors have been replaced as the cables rusted and snapped. The passenger side doesn't work that well now. The wing mirror glass has been replaced on both sides. The driver side wing mirror doesn't fold in. It's had oil and oil filter, and air filter and spark plug changes every year or so, plus discs and pads and exhaust parts as needed. I changed the cambelt and water pump about 86k miles. A relatively easy job on this very simple engine. Although it passed an MOT in mid-October 2024, so is good until mid-Oct 2025, its main issue is the LCD display on the mileometer, stopped displaying all of the digits recently. This can be sent away for repair and I've seen prices of 80GBP for this (for example, see ). This is why the mileage is not available on the most recent MOT certificate. Other faults and problems: mismatched tyres and wheel trims, lots of paint scrapes and a couple of small dents. The passenger side headlight unit isn't sealed and gets condensation (second hand ones on eBay seem to be 50-60 GBP). Some of the upholstery and interior trim is a bit stained and discoloured. No tax or insurance so can't be test driven but you're welcome to come and inspect it on our driveway. Come expecting to see a cheap, old and well-used car that's done a lot of miles, and should be able to do some more, and you shouldn't be disappointed!. Next MOT due 10/10/2025, Black, 3 owners, £650
