Hi, I am selling my mk2 nb mx5. It's an early mk2 with alot of options including electric windows, Nardi wheel and ABS brakes. The car has been in the family for the last 10 years and the previous owner was my mother who took it out of storage in 2023 when ownership was transferred to me. We have now reluctantly decided to sell the car and get something more practical. It has just had a new alternator, recent new clutch and cylinders and has a long mot left. It also had a cambelt and waterpump change in 2020 at 107k so you have peace of mind you won't need to have it done anytime soon. The car comes with a heated hardtop which makes it a great all year daily driver. Around the same time as the last service and mot, I rebuilt the upper of the gearbox with new shifter boot and seals making it change gears very smoothly now. The softtop was replaced shortly into our ownership and its a mohair one with electric rear window. The sills were repaired in 2019, however since driving it after taking it out of storage, it has started to rust slightly as shown in images. The chassis rail on driver side also has a bit of rust but will be fine for a couple more years. The car has has thousands spent on it and has been well looked after and we hope the next owner will continue to do so. Car has been fully valeted and cleaned inside and out. Comes with 2 keys but only recent (last 4 years) service records due to having lost the old ones somewhere (we can repatriot them if we find them) but all the main things have been recently done.
