It is time to let my beloved Avantime go. Just drove it around Ireland for a week and back, just passed 120k miles on the dash, didn't miss a beat. Honestly this car has brought me only joy and laughter. My original plan was to slowly bring it to perfection, but I have ran out of space with my incoming winter project car. So, it's time to pass it on to another person that will hopefully enjoy the Avantime as much as I do. Long MOT until October 2025. It is not a perfect example of an Avantime, hence the price, better examples would sell for way more, but it is most definitely a well-used, practical car. It has been driven daily for the past 3 months. It is mechanically sound, engine roars and pulls as it should, gearbox changes through all 5 gears smoothly and nippily. Recent works include repairing the windshield washer jets, replacing wipers, resealing the windshield, adjusting the handbrake, alloys refurbishment, and exhaust welding. One thing that doesn't work right now is remote lock/unlock with the key fob, I tried to replace the batteries inside to no avail. Additionally, flex pipe has a leak as mentioned on the MOT, doesn't affect drivability or performance. Passenger side rear bumper has a scrape which I tried to cover up with some touch up paint, it is not perfect, but definitely less noticable. Driver side tail light could use some cleaning inside. The seats in the car was replaced with a full set of black half cloth seats from the Dynamique due to wear. The original Carminat navigation system had also been replaced with a slightly newer unit, with printed documents showing the replacement process, alongside with loads of service history. Private reg will be taken off, standard reg is CW02LCP in case you would like to check the MOT history. Really love this car but I won't be able to keep it for long.
