VW Passat 2008 in blue, manual, 1.8 petrol (160 bhp), 111000 miles with MOT until August 2025.I recently purchased this from a colleague after my car was written off in an accident. I got this to get my by until I could get a new car which I have now collected, so this was a stop gap as I didn't know how long I'd be without a car for. I bought the car soon after it had been MOT which is valid until August 2025, where it has three new tires fitted. The car did have a knocking noise and as I was using it for the school run, I wanted it to be safe and took it to the garage where it was fitted with a new osf anti roll bar linkage and osr coil spring to the cost of 270.Upon getting the car, I found the wipers to be poor so I immediately replaced these with a new set of Bosch wiper blades and replaced missing floor mat clips and bought a new set of mats. The car drives absolutely fine, no warning lights, apart from a service due. I haven't had it serviced but this will reset the light if the new owner chooses to do so. The engine pulls extremely well with good MPG and the gearbox is very smooth. The vehicle did have a couple of advisories in the last MOT which do not affect the vehicle but I'm not a mechanic so if you wish to view them on the MOT website the index is VK08JVC. As stated, the vehicle isn't affected by any minor issues but I mention it for full transparency and honesty. Otherwise no issues at all, the vehicle does have age related marks as you'd expect but nothing major and the only real thing of note is there is some rust spots on both front wings. I've included them in the photos so this can clearly be seen. It's an easy fix should it really bother the buyer. The interior is excellent for its age, no rips/tears/scuffs or broken parts and is really clean. The service schedule never came with the vehicle when I got it, just the user manual. It's obviously been taken out some time in the past and lost but it's clearly been maintained along the way. Vehicle is located in Churchdown area of Gloucester.
