Very well cared for silver/grey/very light bronze (don't know how to describe it!) luxury Lexus RX300 SE Automatic 116,000 miles. MOT til 27 February 2025. First registered 2001. One previous owner - our neighbour - who bought it new. We have owned it since 2007 when he emigrated. The good bits: 2 keys. Well-maintained, with lots of history. Permanent 4x4 giving excellent traction in snow and mud. Never been in an accident and with only a few small stone chips marking the paintwork plus a couple of scuffs on the bumpers - not bad given its age! Interior is almost unmarked (apart from the expected seat cushion wear). Beautiful light-coloured, heated leather seats and headlining (ivory/cream) - not the funereal black that most cars seem to have these days. Supremely comfortable, excellent car, whether driving locally or on long trips to the south of France (which we've done). Cruise control/Electric sunroof/Heated seats/Tyres and brakes good. MOT til 27 February 2025. The not-quite-so-good bits, reflected in the price: Radio/cassette/multi-change CD player doesn't work (electric aerial works but no sound from speakers - I suspect that has something to do with when our mechanic replaced the tailgate catch recently because it worked perfectly before!). Air con compressor clutch doesn't seem to engage so air con doesn't now work. Two warning lights have been present FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS but the Lexus garage couldn't find the problem. IT DOESN'T SEEM TO AFFECT THE CAR IN ANY WAY. They are the VSC and the engine management lights. The price reflects the not-quite-so-good-bits.
