Ford Focus LX 1.6 petrol with very low mileage and MOT until December 2025 for sale. This car is in good condition; it has a few scuffs and scratches externally as expected for a car this age but internally is in very good condition with little wear of the seats, dashboard, etc. commensurate with the low mileage. In terms of the history of the car, my father in law bought it ex-motability when it was about three years old and it's been in the family ever since. Not long after he bought it he transferred registration to my mother in law as it was to be used as her local runaround, and she used it for years until they bought a replacement for her. But they ended up holding on to it due to the pandemic and transferred ownership back to my father in law for some reason. Then about two and a half years ago we needed a second car and bought it from them and transferred registration to my wife who's also used it locally. We've recently bought a newer car so no longer have a need for this one. Early in it's life my father in law added reversing sensors, and when we got it from my father in law he put four new tyres on it and also new front brake discs and pads. My father in law has done the servicing of it over the years, so the book isn't stamped but it does have various receipts for the oil and filters, plus any other things it has needed, including the timing belt at 32k miles. It has the handbook, radio code, wheel locking nut and two keys (one remote) present. It has power assisted steering, electric front windows and CD player. It does have a couple of issues - the ABS warning light sometimes comes on and it has a leak so is letting water in (we think from around the driver's side rear window). The air conditioning also needs a re-gas. Hopefully this car will be able to serve someone well, we will be sad to see it go as it's lovely to drive and I will miss the heated front windscreen which is amazing when it's icy / misted up.
