Selling our much loved Smart Fortwo Carbrio. We have owned it since 2021 and have used it mainly as a shopping car and running errands around the local town. The car came with no service history when we bought it at 42,000 miles so we gave it a full service, changing all fluids, oil, filters, spark plugs, HT leads and coil packs. It has had an oil and filter service around 48,500 miles and also around 54,000 during our ownership. It has had 4 new tyres and runs very well. Last year we fitted a new water pump and it also had a new starter motor, breather pipe, oil and filter service at renowned Smart Specialist Smart Technic (48500 miles). Late last year we also had the roof replaced and a new rear window fitted by Specialist Richard Bowden. The roof was fitted with new motors but does not currently open due to needing new cables which are currently on back order from Mercedes. Being the Passion spec it benefits from heated leather seats and electric heated mirrors. The transmission shifts smoothly and has never given us any issues. The engine it smooth and quite pokey given its size. The radio needs its code since replacing the battery which we don't have so it is currently locked. Other than this it starts and drives wonderfully and would serve somebody as an interesting economical daily driver. Very affordably priced due to now being surplus to requirements. No offers please.
