Only 1 owner prior to me & I purchased 9 months ago as a stop gap. it's been a fantastic car and top of the range spec, Panoramic roof, Full Black Leather, Heated seats, sat nav, reverse camera, had a full Toyota service history and i had it serviced last year at a toyota specialist. It has had a new battery and been totally reliable. Every couple of hundred miles it throws some smoke out . I had it checked out and nothing appears to be wrong and suggests it is just doing a DPF clean occasionally
