Description
I have been the custodian of this car and loved it for over 10 years having imported from North Carolina where it spend the first 50 years of its life transferring between only a few owners. However, I have 2 of them (also a blue T6) and not enough time to fully appreciate them both.
This is a Reuters built car which is presented in its correct Glasurit silver paint (refreshed 10 years ago) and complemented by a delightfully original patina red interior. This 356 has a remarkable history as a true survivor car, having never undergone any welding throughout its lifespan.
Its condition speaks volumes about its care and maintenance over the years, making it in my opinion a rare gem.
From its extensive history file, the journey of this Porsche began when its first owner, drawn to its allure, parted ways with a Ford Thunderbird, documented in the original bill of sale.
From there, it embarked on a series of adventures, passing through the hands of five proud owners stateside, each contributing to its rich narrative contained within the large file.
Its ownership and care is meticulously documented in a comprehensive file, providing a captivating insight into its past and adding to its allure for enthusiasts and collectors alike.
This Porsche 356B truly is a testament to Porsche's legacy and a symbol of automotive excellence. With its impeccable condition, fascinating history, and undeniable charm, it represents an extraordinary opportunity for a Porsche enthusiast to own a piece of motoring history.
