Cayman S Design Edition 1 no.568/777 Finished in factory Flat Black - the only colour available for the limited-run DE1 - this example benefits from a fully rebuilt engine by Performance Porsche Klassiker less than 5,000 miles ago. All six cylinders were rebuilt with cast iron liners and Mahle forged pistons (invoice included). Since then, it's had a major suspension overhaul by Friends Green Porsche (13.12.2024, 7,842.99 invoice included) with Bilstein B16 Damptronics, new wishbones, top mounts, drop links, engine mounts, full coolant system refresh and a new steering rack. It's also had a service by Discount 9 Porsche (07.08.2024, 954.65) including brakes and fluids. Interior features the full DE1 spec: extended leather, Alcantara throughout (refurbished and like new), Bose audio, heated leather seats, bi-xenons and more. I've also replaced the AOS, cleaned the intake manifold, and will include a new, spare genuine Porsche AOS and various parts. t currently sits on refurbished 997.1 Turbo wheels with nearly new Pirelli P-Zeros. A rare set of 996 Turbo hollow spokes (worth 2.5-3k) is also available separately. Photos show both set-ups and ride heights. Full alignment carried out after suspension refresh. Minor points: The central DE1 vinyl strip has some light weathering - purely cosmetic. Car comes with full service history, DE1 memorabilia, engine build invoice, and CarVertical report. It drives far better than its mileage would suggest - tight, quick, and confidence-inspiring.
