2016 (66) Ford Ranger 113k miles Service history ( last serviced at 108k ) MOT - January 2026 2 keys I Bought this truck in March with the intention of using it for work (only actually used it a handful of times for work, for quoting jobs not actually carrying anything) work circumstances have changed and my business is expanding so now I need to buy a van. (I'm a plumber so unfortunately the truck isn't big enough for all my tools and to work out of full time) It's been a brilliant truck, mainly been used as my daily car (have another van for work) and for longer trips, weekends away etc. The truck drives very well, pulls like a train and is super comfortable on longer trips. Work carried out Before I bought the truck :- - engine rebuild, including - Engine block reboring and crack testing Crankshaft grinding to 0.25 oversize New oversized pistons Main and big end bearings Intake and exhaust valves Oil pump Water pump Timing chain kit Injectors (refurbished) Turbo (refurbished) Cylinder head and valves Oil, filters, seals, gaskets - new 3 piece clutch kit (February 25') - new clutch master cylinder (February 25') In total, more than $4700 Work carried out since I bought it :- - new turbo charger (refurbished one installed during the rebuild started to give in) ($1100) - changed the wheels from 16"to 18" from a 2021 Ranger - 30mm wheel spacers to give a wider stance and fill the new wider arches - wide arch kit -bonnet protector - reverse camera installed - gas struts installed on the tailgate to stop it just falling when opened, now slowly drops down so much safer The truck has done over 3000 miles since the engine rebuild (June 24') so everything is well bedded-in and working like a dream. As you can see from the list of work, pretty much everything on the engine is new so will quite happily do another 113k with ease. It also has a towing hitch and all associated wiring/plugs etc should you wish to use for towing. Interior is in very good condition, exterior also in very good condition with just a couple of small marks to the paintwork, as to be expected for a vehicle of this age and manor of usage. Overall it's a brilliant truck that now looks as good as it drives and I'll be very sad to see it go. As you can see from the last picture I also have the original wheels with bf Goodrich, big tyres on that I'll include with the sale. * i have loads of paperwork for all the work completed too
