The MG IM5 75 kWh is the all new entry in MG’s new premium saloon range, blending executive style with solid electric performance. It is rear-wheel drive, powered by a 75 kWh battery pack, delivering approximately 304 miles WLTP of range. The model produces around 217 kW (≈295 PS), and accelerates from 0-62 mph in about 6.8 seconds. Inside, the IM5 75 kWh offers a luxurious cabin: a massive 26.3-inch wrap-around immersive display that serves as both instrument cluster and infotainment, accompanied by a 10.5-inch central touchscreen. Premium touches include a panoramic glass roof, ambient lighting, heated and ventilated front seats, a 20-speaker sound system, and high levels of driver assistance tech like four-wheel steering, adaptive cruise, parking assist and safety aids. At a price starting from around £39,450 OTR for the UK market, it’s competitive in the premium EV segment.
