2016 Jaguar XE 2.0 Diesel, 100,000 miles, service history. Owned for the last 3 years. Clean inside and out, bodywork in good condition for the age/mileage. PLEASE READ - Honesty upfront: Car has the engine management light on and goes into restricted performance (limp mode), although it goes into this mode it only temperamental because the next time you drive it , it's fine, 90% of time driven no lights / faults appear at all . It still starts and drives, but issue needs fixing. Could be minor (sensor/DPF/EGR) or something more I don't have time to investigate. I've taken it to several garages who have investigated the problem; they believe it could be wiring-related, as multiple faults sometimes appear together and then clear themselves the next day. The issue seems intermittent some days the car shows no faults at all. Unfortunately, the exact cause has not been identified, so I cannot confirm the cost of any repair work that may be needed. On the positive side, the car has had a number of recent maintenance works completed within the last year, including: New front brake pads, discs, and calipers All four tyres replaced Full MOT completed Injector replaced (was previously leaking) Ideal for a trader, mechanic, or enthusiast who can diagnose and sort. Priced below market value to reflect the fault.
