This is a very reluctant sale. The car was bought as a retirement gift to myself with the intention of keeping it for a long time and as a result I have spent a disproportional amount of money against its value to ensure its in excellent condition. A move to Portugal post brexit has ensured I now cannot import the car without paying a ridiculous amount of taxes and my fight to bring it over has now ended. The car has been kept garaged in the UK and started regularly. It is in excellent overall condition benefiting form significant mechanical work which can be evidenced by garage invoices etc, but includes new brake discs, pads brake pipe hoses,AX belt, full service less than 4000 miles ago. The underside has been checked and suspension work completed. Additionally there are 4 new continental run flat tyres which have covered approximately 500 miles. All the wheels have been professionally refurbished, BMW badges replaced and much more which I'm happy to discuss. The car has good service history but not full, supported by many MOT certificates . In 2022 when I moved to Portugal the MOT evidences 94,973 miles, its current milage is 98,815. In addition I have recorded a video of the car which I am unable to upload onto this site but will share with any prospective buyers. I am returning to the UK mid January and again in february in the hope of completing the sale. There is a yellow engine light which has just appeared and will be resolved before its sale.
