I've had this Defender since 2012, it's my third. I love it, my kids grew up with it, it's carried kayaks and paddle boards and rowing boats, it's taken us on holidays, been a mobile climbing frame and transported dogs and children on countless adventures. It's gone fishing and shooting and I really don't want to sell it! But times change and I can't keep it forever. It's just had a new MOT, it needs some cosmetic attention; roof lacquer has peeled, some corrosion to the door hinge pillars, roof rack needs patching. However it still looks great, the sunroof doesn't leak!!, it runs a treat and has never let me down. In my ownership it has had a new rear cross member on long lugs, a new injection rail, a new clutch, the most recent of these was the cross member 2or 3 years ago so nothing much has happened with it. It also comes with a set of mud terrain tyres on black steel wheels. It's time for it to find a new home with someone who is going to love it too.
