Description
Selling due to receiving a company car last year and no longer have use for it. Originally bought from a great local family car business who has also serviced it most of its life.
Recently got it a full MOT and service and resolved all the normal issues which build up in a car over the years, ready for a good home.
Best selling points of the car (for me anyway):
-Full service history since 2016 (except 1 missed year in 2022). Recently fully MOT'd and serviced in December.
-Full service and part replacement documentation provided
-Normal key and spare key
-DAB radio and Bluetooth compatibility
-Air Conditioning! A must have.
-Spare tire! and all the other car gizmo's accounted for.
-Roomy - The vehicle is a compact crossover SUV, perfect vehicle for a family. Easily getting teenagers in the back whilst also getting full weekly shop in the trunk with room to spare! But also not being stupidly large which is a pain to park and drive everywhere.
- I'd add its roomy enough to get quite long pieces of wood in from B&Q if one so wished.
-Very low tax (35 quid per year)
-Cheap on fuel! It has a 1.2 litre Eco engine, for a 2014 car it has brilliantly low fuel usage.
-Cheap on insurance! I was quoted under 500 in December.
-The colour is perfect for a low maintenance vehicle, i.e. it never looks dirty on the outside so you don't feel pressured in spending loads of money taking it to the car wash. Unless partners force you too...
-Very low mileage for its age!
-Comes with a tow bar, should one ever need to use it.
Honesty bullet points
-whole exhaust and catalyst recently replaced due to a leak - MOT issue
- The part which holds on the right drivers side wheel was fully replaced due to a car without a handbrake on slow rolling into the tire in 2023
-1 of the spark plugs started misfiring early last year, so they've all been replaced. (normal maintenance)
- The original battery has finally died through not driving it enough so i replaced it in December ready for the new owner - (Normal maintenance)
-Small mark on the back bumper, shown on picture. Happened prior to my ownership and is only noticeable on close inspection. - probably not worth mentioning.
Quite sad to see it go as it is a great practical family car, but I don't need 2 cars and its causing chaos with parking, so finally time to let someone else enjoy it!
