Vito 111Cdi Long 9 seater car This is the third Mercedes Vito we have owned and they really are great cars with very long lasting engines and reliable. I am only selling as it is now time to downsize now my kids are grown up. Our van has been regularly serviced and maintained. The most comprehensive recent work was in 2023 with the replacement of the fuel injectors - see photo of invoice. I have also included some photos of the other invoices showing the regular work that has been done over the past few years and I have all the invoices since we bought it. The mileage is high - but the engine is running well and Mercedes diesel engines are designed to last as commercial haulage units. The van is in good general condition for its age. It has been used as a family car since we bought it in April 2018 and is well used, but cared for. The seats and interior have been well kept. On the exterior, two items of note - the driver's wing mirror casing is cracked - the mirror itself is fine - see photo. Also, there is a hole in the tailgate just below the latch. If we were keeping this then we would replace the tailgate - they come up on Marketplace and Ebay for 250 - 350 (plenty of them) and we know from experience - it's not complicated to switch. Finding a vehicle that comfortably seats up to 9 people, or less but with decent luggage space, is not easy. We have a big family and the Vito has proven a great vehicle - it's excellent for moving people and has a spacious boot. The two rows of seats also come out converting it into a very useful van for moving furniture or up to six bikes or whatever else needs a big space. Beyond a family car it is also ideal for taxi, minicab or minibus operations.
