Second car in family, used for long trips (we use electric for day-to-day). We owned it for 3 years, but do not need two vehicles at the moment. It has few unique features, which are quite rare for this type: 1. heated front windscreen 2. heated front seats and mirrors 3. three zone automatic climate control 4. 230V socket 5. EURO 6 (ULEZ complaint) - one of only few models that meet the norm without needing AdBlue Has many other comforts that passats offer (adaptive cruise control, ergonomic driver's seat with many adjustments, parking sensors front and rear, autodimming mirrors, I believe 9 airbags - thankfully, not tested!, 3 separately folding rear seats, keyless start, automatic parking brake, spare wheel, front assist etc. Economy is excellent, it is possible to cover nearly 900 miles on a tank on a long run, plus only 20 for a road tax per year. Has all season tyres (2x Bridgestone and 2x Hankook), which are about 2.5 years old. It has been the most comfortable and reliable car for long journeys that we have owned. Plus offers lots of space for passengers and massive boot.
