I have a lovely 2016 (Mk4.5) AWD CRV in Silver that I've had for 2 years, only looking to sell as its overkill for my needs and looking for a smaller scoot aboot..here's the key facts : - 61.5k miles - FSH..9 stamps in the book ..first 5 by Honda..last service was March 2025 at 57k miles - I bought it 2 years ago from Fife Mitsubishi who fitted new discs and pads - MOT due in May ( it's never had an MOT advisory if you check the history online) - 4 Goodyear efficent grip 2 tyres fitted abot 5k ago so loads of tread and life there - Excellent spec inc half leather/alcantara seats..sat nav, HID lights, cruise - Interior condition very good..some slight wear to drivers bolster but no rips..rest of interior v tidy - Externally also very good...some marks consumate with age...slight rub to the rear bumper that I've touched up, a slight push in dent to the panel above rear wheel arch but only noticeable in certain light (It was there when I bought it and didn't notice), some pinhole rust spots to the roof that I treated and blobbed with touchup but never bother me and nothing serious..a couple of hardly noticeable patches on the roof where a previous owner has felt with stone chips - 18" alloys in really good condition for the ages..some slight marks but nothing ugly or serious... no nasty kerbing or peeling - underneath is solid..I had any surface rust treated and preventative coating of Bilt & Hamber rust proofing added - Its a 2.0 vtec petrol that runs sweet as a nut (no EGR DPF etc to worry about) ...it largely lives on the motorway and I've had 40mpg on a run... - Had the gearbox and diff oils flushed/changed last year with genuine Honda oils..just another preventative measure - Space saver spare wheel (never used) - Road tax is 354 per year & its LEZ 6 compliant - I'm located just outside Glasgow
