Up for sale is my 2012 VW Touareg 3.0 V6 SE TDI. I have owned the vehicle since 18/06/2023 which I purchased off Group 1 Assured at 82,335 miles. Currently on 108,500 miles which will go up as vehicle still in use. Drives really well no faults with engine or drivetrain. Fairly low previous owners being only 3. After purchasing the vehicle I did notice an oil leak which was corrected at Ivydene 23/10/2023. Found it was both rocker cover gaskets had failed. Invoice came to 1026.16 which had all new stretch bolts fitted as well as new genuine VW rocker cover gaskets fitted. Spent 2745.68 with VW Ashford back on 27/02/2024 which had some new genuine VW rear springs fitted (one had snapped and the other wasn't far off either), replaced some broken trim pieces with genuine items, new OSF wingmirror glass as well as a full service including brake fluid change. As well as four wheel alignment. Since then it has been maintained by D&D Auto's in Ashford which are well known for their VW specialist knowledge and attention to detail. Oil changes have been done at every 5000 miles or sooner since my ownership. New Brembo front brakes and pads fitted 27/05/2025 as well as matching GITI Sport S2 SUV tyres fitted 26/03/2025. Also has had a new ABS wheel sensor 07/04/2025. That is a quick run down of what has been carried out in my ownership. Most recent service was 27/01/2026 which involved engine oil change and a brake fluid change. At 106,860 miles. Back on 24/01/2025 I had the vehicle remapped by JFAutomotive in Maidstone who are so well renowned for their VAG specialist. Was road mapped so sadly no dyno print out but following their guidelines on their website it has gone from 245hp to est 290hp and from 550nm to 620nm. (again these are estimates but defiantly can notice a difference). I have also had fitted a Darkside developments rear silencer which gives the V6 a nice little rumble without being crazy loud. Could always be reverted back to stock. Couple of points to note, the satnav occasionally has a funny 5 minutes with positioning. Most of the time is fine although last time it thought I was several hundred miles out from where I was. Don't tend to use the vehicle satnav so hasn't been much of a concern for me. Slight bit of corrosion underneath but mostly is surface rust and lastly the wheels could do with a refurb. Overall I have tried to look after it beyond what the manufactures recommendations servicing wise. Open to sensible offers.
