I've owner this lovely car for over 4 years. The most important thing that was done as it's critical over 95,000 miles is to Put a new timing chain on.. I HAVE HAD it DONE . Very big job and expensive. I've had the catalytic converter changed. It's got a brand new battery because BMW say they need changing after 4 years otherwise it can affect the steady current. I did have the DPF filter blanked off and it ran clearer and better, but not legal. But had it put back to standard for this sale. I have just had new relays fitted for the roof and gearbox switch. It's not perfect but that's why in my opinion the price I'm selling fair . Sometimes there are a few drops of water come in via the convertible but I put a tiny cloth and it's been the same for years.. to be honest it's getting less because I've bought some recommended rubber softener for all the door seals and it's working.. On occasion on start up, which is first time every time, no matter the weather, the steering is stiff. I just turn it off and start again or drive off and it loosens it to normal. IA said change the battery and a relay but I haven't done that relay. I just don't think it needs as it doesn't bother me. The oil has been changed twice since the timing chain but air filter and pollen filter not done last time. Didn't need. This car is amazingly economical , for an automatic 2.0l. and looks great . I'm selling because I'm old and we're always going back and forward to our house in Turkey. As you can see from the last 4 years I've drove maybe 6000 miles... Jim .
