I have kept the car since and have enjoyed it greatly - have always had services carried out at BMW specialists and spent thousands to put it right. Damage was more cosmetic so insurance deemed it Cat N which is NOT structural. Pics available of damage if you get in touch. It is a 7 year old car so don't expect it to have perfect paintwork - it has some stone chips to the front but interior is pretty immaculate apart from a slight scratch to the passenger seat - not sure how it got there. 90% of the time I am usually alone in the car so other seats are in really good condition. No test pilots or scammers - only one person to come and see. No fully compt proof of insurance no test drive. Not in a hurry to sell - looking to get a X5 50e.
