Ford Escort XR3i Convertible - Classic Ford Hi there, and welcome to the sale of my Ford Escort XR3i Convertible. Here's a lovely opportunity to own a little piece of old-school Ford history. I've owned and very much cared for this car for the last 4 years. It's been kept as a dry-weather car and is only used as a weekend toy, never taken out in the rain unless absolutely necessary. The car is finished in a lovely light grey/silver and really is a head-turner. The car Original Cosworth alloy wheels with original centre caps Convertible roof works as it should No rips or tears to the roof or its cover Interior is in really good condition for its age, with only minor age-related marks Electric windows and mirrors All buttons and switches are working Engine bay is very clean, neat and tidy, with a few tasteful extras added for appearance Recently had the cambelt and water pump replaced Recent service carried out Anything the car has needed during my ownership has always been attended to Comes with stacks of paperwork and history, including paperwork for recent work carried out Mileage Please note the mileage carefully. The clocks were changed before I owned the car, so the mileage shown on the dashboard is approximately 20,000 miles less than the actual mileage. The clocks currently show 45,000 miles, but the car is believed to have covered approximately 65,000 miles. I want to be completely transparent about this for the next owner. MOT MOT expires June 2027 This really is a lovely example of an old-school classic Ford. I've absolutely loved owning and driving it over the last 4 years, but I'm simply not using it as much as I used to, so I feel it's time for the next person to enjoy it.
