This car was an actual barn-find, and has undergone extensive refurbishment and restoration. According to the HowManyLeft website, this is one of only 3 remaining Mk2 2.0 16v Ghias on the road. There is a small amount of corrosion on the N/S rear wheel arch, and this is reflected in the current asking price.
