Drag links both sides Steering link both sides Reluctor/ABS Ring both sides New front ABS sensors both sides New front wishbones Powerflex Polybushed front and rear with Meyle ball joints both sides New drop links New front Wheel bearings both sides Front struts removed, shock absorbers tested, replaced top mounts, Thrust bearings, seal for thrust bearing, spacer and new top nuts New front dust shields New headlamp levelling sensors, link rods and brackets front and rear New auxiliary belt tensioner, idler pulley and belt New rocker cover gasket Replacement Genuine Saab SEM DI cassette Coolant bypass system reinstated Power steering cooler line support bushing replaced Coolant system flush and refilled with genuine Cooldex Gearbox Torque rod Powerflex bushes both sides New radiator top hose Air intake system removed, cleaned then reinstated with new air filter housing rubber seal and support grommets Major service to include air filter, oil and oil filter, fuel filter, cabin filter, spark plugs Sump drop and clean with new oil pickup O rings, new breather crankcase hose and new oil pressure sensor New exhaust front Flexi New exhaust rubber mounts Rear trailing arms removed cleaned and rubbed back, sprayed with 4 coats of epoxy rust convertor, painted satin black and Powerflex Polybushed with new Meyle rose bushes for the upper and lower longitudinal arms at the rear hub mounting New vibration dampers on rear control arms both sides New rear upper/longitudinal control arms with new top rose bushes both sides New lower/longitudinal control arms with new top rose bushes both sides Rear subframe removed cleaned and rubbed back, sprayed with 4 coats of epoxy rust convertor, painted satin black Front Subframe cleaned and rubbed back in car sprayed with 4 coats of epoxy rust convertor, painted with 3 coats of satin black Underside of car and all 4 wheel arches cleaned, rubbed back (wheel arch liners and all suspension components removed), sprayed with 4 coats of epoxy rust convertor and painted satin black Powerflex rear anti-roll bar bushes Hand brake system completely rebuilt, new shoes, springs, dust boots, return springs and retaining components New rear vented Aero discs New rear pads EBC red stuff.
