A little hesitant about selling this rare future classic but putting it up on auto trader to gauge interest - My personal and most favourite s class limo up for sale, it was known to be a former diplomats car prior to my ownership, its a future classic and quite a rare variant of the old school s classes. Spec wise it is extremely rare, perhaps 1 of 1, blue exterior married to blue velour interior, a long wheel base and equipped with a diplomat emergency siren (akin to that used by emergency vehicles) - an extremely rare combination that I have never came across before when in search of a w140 to buy. It has the bulletproof inline 6 - 3.2 litre petrol engine that is well looked after, and drives like a dream. The mileage is quite decent at around 133k, and it is equipped with reversing sensors. It has front heated seats, and a sunroof - which sadly does not work. It drives very decent and is mechanically sound, and the natural smell of the interior is quite nice - it's very well equipped as a motorway crusier as I've done quite a few long distance travels in it in comfort, as did my passengers, not to mention it will turn heads everywhere especially with the velour interior. The mpg I saw is quite decent - at around 30-35 mpg for long journeys based on fuel gauge approximation, breaks, suspension, engine, gearbox and cooling systems all works as they should, as is the air con and everything else. The side mirrors however sadly do not retract, but for the right price I am happy to pass it through another MOT and fix all the advisories for the coming year, which I hope to future restore everything else, although if done so then a higher price will be reflected of its condition - as it stands this car will take you anywhere, long or short distance - as it had taken me from London to Leeds, to Bristol, etc with zero issues. The car is perfect for those wish to travel in style and opulence, it could do with some tlc as with all classics - though would definitely be an extremely rare example of a w140 that will be appreciated, I do owe a few w140s and have had seen alot of examples, from which this is definitely the most unique amongst them.
