Description

Here we have my Saab 9-3 SE 2002 3 door coupe. To keep this car in excellent running condition this year I have completed the following works; both complete front struts replaced including top mounts, springs, shock absorbers, wheel hubs and bearings, new driveshafts and driveshaft seals both sides with intermediate bearing, 345mm brake disc shields , new Brembo front pads, complete steering arms replaced on both sides with 4 wheels alignment (Hunter tracker), front anti roll bar links both sides, aircon regas, brake fluid exchange. Last years works include; new brake pipes, welding to offside sill, 1 new rear caliper, new slide pin kit for both rear calipers, new handbrake cable, new alternator 140A Bosch, new exhaust from downpipe back Maptun stainless steel 2.5 inch, 18 inch Saab ALU65 wheels freshly powder coated in light graphite, not a mark on them with 4 new Yokohama Adavan sport tyres 225/40/R18. Full service including Saab platinum spark plugs, oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air and cabin filters, replacement DI Cassette. New windscreen wipers all round including headlight wipers.New boot, bonnet and wheel badges in black NEVS style, resin domed. New wheel nut covers in dark grey. MOT in May this year with no advisories. prior works include; replacement turbo genuine Saab Mitsubishi TD-04 turbo rebuilt and installed to replace the Garrett unit, with new oil lines.Full Maptun silicone hose upgrade, intercooler, coolant system and heater matrix, sump drop and clean with new coolant temperature sensor, oil pressure sensor and oil pickup o rings, upgraded PCV breather system. SE interior changed for Aero interior, seats were previously heated and electric, so this was a simple swap.Carbon effect Instrument surround. She would benefit from some cosmetic bodywork to complete her, the bodywork is not perfect but is in more than respectble condition for a car of this age. The rear bumper has a piece missing out of it, which I have in the drivers door pocket, so it could be plastic welded (or I have another viggen style rear bumper that could be negotiated as part of the sale), the arches on this car are sound which is unusual for this model If there is a model to keep from this generation other than the Viggen, then this is it, the right colour, look and presence, and is a joy to drive. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me to discuss, a walk round video can be provided on request.
