2001 Renault Clio Sport 172 Ph1, pearl black, 102,133 miles. MOT'd until July 2024, no advisories. I've owned this car for 17 years now. It's always been either a 3rd or 4th car for me, serviced every year regardless of mileage. Just had the following work carried out in the last few months. New Renault timing belt and tensioners. Oil and filter change. New brake discs and pads allround. Both rear arches replaced and both sills replaced (all due to rust, photographs available) and a full re-spray in original pearl black. Wet sanded to P3000 and machine polished with Menzerna Final Finish 3000. New Toyo Proxes TR1 front tyres, Toyo Proxes TR1 rear tyres with around 5mm tread. No scuffs or kerb damage to any of the wheels. New alternator fitted at around 100,000 miles. Ktec Stealth cat back exhaust. Eibach Sportline springs all round, fitted at 94,000 miles, new Renault front dampers and top mounts fitted at same mileage. Sabelt suede steering wheel, original wheel will go with the car but is in poor condition. The original blue dashboard top was replaced with a grey version. Seats are all in good condition with no rips or tears, some wear marks on drivers bolster but in general the interior is in good condition for a 22 year old car. Negative points: The A/C doesn't work, it didn't work when I bought the car and I've never tried to fix it. I removed the silver plastic engine cover and the fuel line cast alloy cover years ago and don't have them now. The rear 'sport' badge was also removed. Front fog lights replaced with alloy trumpet air intakes. The car handles great with no suspension knocks or noises. The engine is strong and smooth making it a fun car to drive. After a full re-spray it now looks better than when I first bought it back in 2008. Only reason I'm selling is due to lack of use, it was driven less than 1000 miles last year.
