Firstly, this is not an S550 or S650 Mustang, it's an older S197 Mustang made circa 2006 with a 4.0L V6 engine and automatic transmission, the car was imported to the UK in 2007 after it was manufactured in the US. Importantly, the driver's seat of this car is on the left-hand side, it took me less than a month to get used to this thanks to it being an automatic. Reason for selling is that I'm emigrating to the US and made the tough decision not to bring the car back to it's ancestral home. S197s are a dime a dozen in the US but very uncommon and a real head-turner here in the UK - I have yet to encounter another one on the road! I'm the 7th owner of this vehicle and the car has been passed around various owners across the UK with the car kept in great shape. This is the first Mustang that I have proudly owned and certainly won't be the last, I have this car to thank for letting me dip my toes into the American muscle car scene. MOT'd last year, the car has been modified to be compliant with UK standards, including the rear lights and fog lights. The previous owner added a very rowdy Roush exhaust and paired it with a Roush cold air intake that you can occasionally hear whirring away, it sounds really cool! Despite these modifications, the car is ULEZ compliant, however, I recommend staying away from E10 petrol and using E5 instead - you get more power using it! The car also sports a very sleek black leather interior, an upgrade to the standard fabric interior, on all 4 seats. I recently had the wheels reconditioned and they look incredible, although other decals are beginning to show their age but could be replaced.
