An excellent example of the Series 1 Elise. Very original with only minor upgrades from the original. The head gasket was sorted many years ago with an upgraded temperature sensor. When the original shock absorbers were replaced I upgraded to the Series 2 setup, which retains the excellent Lotus feel. The gear shift has been upgraded to a short shift unit which has an excellent feel. The air filter is aftermarket, no extra power but it sound lovely. I have also upgraded the exhaust to the twin outlet as the designers had originally envisaged, and sounds wonderful. Finally there is an extensive service history.
