The car has just had a full service, cam belt and other minor fixes to the car. She drives like an absolute dream. The car was serviced by Cavendish Porsche in Long Eaton. Simon (the owner) said he is happy if you want to call him and ask about the car. In his opinion it is one of the best 928's they've had in the workshop and to top it off, " one of the best sounding engines we've had". This is due to it sounding very smooth, makes all the right sounds. I am not technical but I am very happy with that. I have had the car for a few years along side my Cayman and it has been an absolute joy to own and drive. It is by far the most comfortable car I have had the pleasure of driving. I can lie back, stretch out and relax, which is the whole point of having a GT cruiser, which needs to be an auto. Drove through France to Le Mans and other trips, the car is a real head turner. For performance, hit the accelerator hard and it shifts. Initial launch from standing isn't like the Cayman but if you're on the motorway doing 70 it will thrust you to over 100 very quickly and it sounds great. The condition inside and out is very good for an old car. I have a book of receipts from previous owners, which shows it has been very well looked after and garaged. I bought the car from Bonhams. The car is currently in Brighton but I will be taking it back to Derby late November. If you want to know anything about the car, additional photos etc please ask.
