Most of these cars are treated like cattle - but this one was always our favourite pet! This car has taken us many times across the Continent, and spent most of its life cruising on European motorways at 80mph, in great comfort and silence. The all-wheel-drive system and adjustable ride height are incredible in cold weather or snow; so many times we kept going when most were getting stuck. It has a range of 650 miles on a full tank - and you have the benefit of a 300bhp 3L engine! ULEZ compliant, and compliant with most pollution regulations in cities across Europe. Always maintained and cared for no matter the cost - and it shows, in how it looks, and how it drives. Yes, the mileage is slightly high, but these engines are made to run for hundreds of thousands of miles; and it's in line with what a healthy engine should do yearly. The engine and drive train were always serviced proactively, as we never wanted unexpected issues. The most important piece of work was the distribution chain replacement, with upgraded chain, chain guides, sprockets and other components- a job that cost almost 5K! The gearbox was recently fully serviced. All fluids have recently been renewed. Everything works as it should, tyres and wheels are brand new. Will definitely miss this one when is gone, but our needs have changed and got a smaller car. Optional full set of Winter tyres, with only 800 miles on them, one year old.
