Few opportunities remain to purchase any 1 owner example of the rapidly appreciating (both in appeal & value) 996 Turbo. It's rarer still to find a 1 owner, manual coupe with the ultra desirable X50 factory power upgrade and a FPSH up to 2022 with 19 services all at the same OPC. Great spec including sunroof, Bose, rear sensors, Xenon headlights, rear wiper, heated seats and CD changer. FM/Mini Disc radio - happy to also include a smart looking FM transmitter I use (see photos) which is a great simple way to get your tunes to play via Bluetooth. Condition wise, this car really is as clean & tidy as the photos suggest. Everyone has different standards & please keep in mind this is a 22 year old car so there's some inevitable imperfections / wear, but overall it's unlikely to disappoint even the most discerning of Porsche aficionados. Recently enjoyed on a blast to the Highlands & back with no issues. Tyres all N-rated Michelins with lots of tread, however if you're buying to drive/enjoy I'd look at replacing the fronts soon not on wear but on age (2015). If it's to be mothballed / not driven, no real point changing them yet. Rears are 2021. Would prefer no PX, but would potentially consider money your way for a: E30 M3, 993 Turbo, 996 GT2, 997.2 GT2/GT3, 991.2 GT3 or 718 GT4. Who should enquire: a private buyer who wants a rare but useable 996TT which they can push past 100k and enjoy, or a collector/investor who doesn't have 50-60k to spend on a low mileage example! Who shouldn't enquire: any auction platform touting for lots or any SOR dealer. I'll close with this: between every owner there's usually a reason for sale, an auction, a dealer, a paintshop, a quick fix, a fiddle, etc... multiply that by 9+ in the case of some Turbos and you start to see why this is a very special opportunity!
