BBR Stage 1 Turbo Mazda MX5 ND for Sale. This car has been my pride and joy for the last three years. With almost 10K of BBR GTI upgrades producing 251BPH, this is a seriously quick MX5, which embarrasses vastly more expensive high-performance cars while maintaining that controllable and fun driving experience that the MX5 is so well known for. Riding on the new and raved-about Goodyear Asymmetric 6 tyres, the handling of this car is subline. With the addition of Wilwood brakes, the stopping power is eye-popping and incredibly stable. This car is not only the best one to be in during the summer months but also very planted and comfortable throughout the year. Before this car, I owned a BMW M5 (F10), and surprisingly, I preferred driving this car over the M5 in all conditions. The ride is amazingly comfortable; for a car that grips this well, it shouldn't ride the bumps this smoothly, much better than the M5 did with its fancy adaptive suspension dampers. I have never track dayed this MX5, but comparing it to my Vauxhall VX220 Turbo track day car, I firmly believe this MX5 would produce a faster lap time. It gives you much more feedback and a feel of what the car is doing, instilling confidence, and it's quite simply fun, responsive and a real pleasure to drive (doesn't bite your butt as the VX does). New MOT, fresh oil, and filter fitted. I love these cars so much that I have just purchased an RF, which I intend to modify. Hence the sale of this car.
