This XJS comes with a large history file and original owner's manual. It underwent a manual gearbox conversion in the summer of 2020, and was retrofitted with a Getrag 265 box from a six cylinder XJS, including updated prop shaft & pedal box. The new hardware was supplied by Simply Performance Jaguar specialists in West Sussex. The air conditioning system has been modernised to take the current R134a grade of coolant, all parts in the engine bay were replaced, with a kit supplied by Fen Air in Kings Lynn. The drivetrain modifications have greatly improved the performance and fuel economy, while being able to do so on a hot summers day. In addition to these, Simply Performance also supplied centre box deletion pipes for the exhaust, and enlarged throttle bodies, both these have enhanced the throttle response and exhaust note. I'm very sad to sell this car however I need to purchase a house and can't hold onto it.
