Welcome to my stunning Alfa 916 series spider, phase 1, sold very reluctantly. If you are considering this car you know how rare these are becoming, especially with such a low mileage and having been looked after so beautifully for all of its 26 years. This is an immaculate example that drives like a new car and has none of the usual issues like sticky dash boards or airbag warning lights. Personally I have owned two gtvs, a 156, a GT and one other spider, and this is the best of them by far. Good points----- excellent body work for a 26 year old car- some stone chips on the bonnet etc but not noticeable - extensive paperwork/history including original sales invoice ---- new Bluetooth stereo to link to your phone ---- 2 pirelli p6000s with plenty of tread and 2 brand new Goodyear efficientgrip tyres on the front ---- cambelt change less than 3000 miles ago --- alloys in great condition --- beautiful cloth interior (nicer than the leather, esp phase two leather seats) --- original black floor mats AND spare red alfa mats that are more worn for day to day use --- ORIGINAL CLARION Stereo/tape player WITH CODE (these sell for 500 quid on ebay) --- original cd multichanger rescued from my previous spider (not hooked up) --- original alfa tool kit --- WORKING wiper washers (I removed and cleaned the resevoir recently) - 2 KEYS------------------------------- I say near perfect because an absolute purist would want to improve certain things. This is an honest list --- the aerial doesn't work but I had no need to listen to the radio so didn't fix it --- the car had the original meta alarm system and the remote central locking worked when I bought the car. The alarm system drained the battery (loads of issues with these old meta alarms) so I have removed it, solving the problem. The control unit is included in the sale should you want to reinstall (super easy job) and use the remote central locking. Any questions, please ask. I would keep this car forever if I could. THERE ARE AT LEAST TWO PHASE 1 T SPARK SPIDERS ON HERE FOR BETWEEN 10 AND 17 GRAND - PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT A MUSEUM PIECE, IF THATS WHAT YOU WANT YOU'LL HAVE TO SPEND A LOT MORE.
