My wonderful MINI Cooper S is for sale! The first thing to note is that it is a 'Category S' which means that following an accident in 2021, the insurance company decided it was not economical to repair as it had sustained 'structural damage'. When I viewed the car in 2022 I was extremely wary so had an independent inspection carried out - the result of which was the finding that the car repair had been carried out to a high level of quality and attention to detail. Naturally, a 'Category S' car is offered at a lower price than an identical non-accident vehicle - so it presents an opportunity to purchase a newer car at lower cost! During my ownership, the car has not had a single issue, it runs beautifully and handles as you would expect a sporty Copper S to handle. It really is a joy to drive. My only reason for selling is related to a current problem with my health which means my wife and I need to economise and reduce our household to a one car family, and although I fought bravely to defend my beautiful MINI Cooper S, she prefers the refinement of her elephant-sized Lexus RX450H. The Cooper S comes with a full service history (mostly MINI Main Dealer), and to add further peace of mind, I will add a 12 month warranty for the buyer through the AA Protect Plus Warranty scheme which includes 12 months AA Breakdown Cover too. The Warranty and Breakdown cover will cost me 571 UK Pounds, but if you would prefer to have the car without the covers, I will reduce the price accordingly. This MINI Cooper S is a highly specified vehicle and will bring joy to her next owner, as she has to me. I am fully confident in the outstanding quality and value for money that this car offers and thus am happy for any independent testing/inspection a buyer may wish to have carried out.
