Selling my fiat uno 1.7 diesel 3 door hatch non turbo (better pic to be updated in better weather MOT until 2025 August, will take reasonable offers or px but prefer a straight sale, reduced as needing a quick sell (to fund family project...otherwise would have kept as its such a rare and beautiful/reliable car). car is fine as happy for you to book into a garage to do an independent check yourself. Getting bad bits out of the way - some surface rust and blemishes around the doors (a small patch bottom of on passenger door, and tiny area in drivers door - see pic), sills are solid as had been last welded in 2022/23 as able to provide receipts on request. Now the good bits - a lot of it Mechanically perfect and extremely well maintained - serviced every 3k miles by previous owner who took it abroad over 10 times with no issues, car had never broke down on him and me during my short ownership, had it original for father who did not appreciate it so ended being my daily for awhile - where I did about 1000 miles but mileage will do up as in daily use, it is extremely good on fuel - 55 to 65mpg (a little less than a gallon from gainsborough to Leeds commuting) so can be used as daily car. Transmission - gearbox and clutch is in good condition, as are tyres. Cambelt recently done in 2023 only a few thousand miles ago, drive belt has been done under my ownership and bodywork clean with no rust underneath the car (parts of it was greased) other than the spots mentioned, all electric works (lights basically), blower works but no hot air, suspension is tight and solid, with no knocks or unwanted noises, and engine bay is mint with engine sounding extremely smooth - it is an honest little car and apart from the minor rust mentioned will take you anywhere. Can be base for a turbo project but I prefer it standard. Previous owner said to have jt serviced every 3000 miles. Would prefer it to go to someone who would appreciate, take care of it and use it daily ideally - about 1500 miles it was last serviced. It has a folder thick of receipts (can provide on inquiry) and original handbook, alot of bodywork care done last few years, with service, and various parts replaced, too many I can remember.
