Highly original, unmolested and well cared for car, owned from new until earlier this year by one owner on the Isle of Wight. Full service history, every single bill and MOT in the file all done by either the supplying dealer or another garage. I bought this car in July as a stop gap to get me through until October when I sadly need to get a more sensible family sized car. It is not perfect - there are slight blemishes in the paint here and there, a couple of very small car park dings and some very small scratches but overall, as per the photos it is in fantastic original condition. The driver's seat bolster has discoloured slightly and there are two bits of stitching on the passenger seat that have come loose, as pictured. Now for the good bits - there is ZERO rust, it has probably been garaged its whole life. The engine is beautiful, powerful all through the rev range and sounds like a jet engine when you wind it up - I don't think it has had a stressful life. The gearbox is exactly how it should be - crisp, smooth and so very perfectly ratio'd. The leather sports seats are very comfortable whilst holding you in place well. Everything works - the air con is very cold, every switch button and display is faultless. The parcel shelf has never had any after market speakers cut into it, the tape deck and radio are unchanged from the factory. There's a spare wheel and the tools have never been used. On the subject of wheels you will note they are small - which although not the sportiest reinforce the point that the owner was a conservative driver. All tyres match, are of a premium brand and have plenty of tread. New battery this year, new ABS pump fitted in August by the dealer who sold it to me. Overall this car is a joy, a well handling, honest pocket rocket which is becoming increasingly rare. It is due an oil service, I have priced it for a quick sale but if I still have it in a month's time I will get it done and relist at a higher price to cover this. No silly offers, I'm not desperate to sell, if necessary I can wait til next year. Next MOT due 04/06/2025, Black, 2 owners, £3,475
