These older Fords are only increasing in value due to cheaper maintenance and insurance costs which makes this is a great starter classic, which is great for the younger driver or for someone who wants a cost effect car. This 1992 1.4 Ford Fiesta Flight has been in storage for the last 22 years with only 38k and is in beautiful, original condition. This car is called Snoopy! This car is as original as you can find at this price. It still has its original rubber matts, parcel shelf, working Ford 2000 stereo. It has never been welded and it doesn't need any welding. It is 100% rock solid. It has had 3 owners (including myself) and has 38, 700 miles. It was serviced regularly and the last stamp in the full service book is stamped up to 16/3/01. Sadly that is when the owner past away and the car was locked up in a garage by her husband and was left for 22 years. Over these two decades in storage, it has received the odd blemish here and there, but nothing that detracts from the over all straight look of this car. I bought this car for my mother as it was the same spec as what she had back in the day. Unfortunately, she doesn't need it so it is for sale. The service book is stamped up to 16/03/01 at 35,658 which is when it was taken off the road. I have receipts and photos of the work that's been done including wax rust prevention. This car passed its MOT for the first time in 22 years with no advisories and the MOT tester said that it is like a 5 year old car. This car is eligible for classic car insurance, and is great on fuel and easy to maintain. This flight is similar to Ghia, central locking, rear wiper, remote boot lock, sun roof etc. I doubt that you will find a such original car in such great condition.
