Description

The paintwork is actually quite nice except for a few scratches and dings that I've tried to capture. Looking for a quick sale, I took this car on beyond my means but was so enamoured with those lovely 5-pot sounds and the comfort of the thing that I stuck with it for a bit but I cannot afford to give it the love it deserves and would like it to go to a better home.58k miles, automatic, 2005 car imported from Japan in 2022. MOT due in February - N80 JJL, plate will be sold with the car. I'm no expert on what features were optional, you lot may be able to tell better than I can from the pictures but it does have:Blue leather interior and full set of matching floor mats, A dog gate thingy that pulls down to fence off the boot (or falls down if you hit a speed bump faster than you should have - there is probably a way to tighten these struts)The most comfortable heated seats you will find in a car, Luggage net, Sat nav. I believe Xenon headlights. Folding mirrors. OEM wind deflectors (screwed in so people can't nick them like the hekos out of my old golf)Privacy glass. Since being imported by the previous owner, it has had: New brake pads, 5 new ignition coils, 2x Pirelli Powergy 95Y XL2x Top strut mounting, Crankcase breather hose, Rear parking brake shoes set, New dipstick, Set of 5x spark plugs, Drilled groove brake disks, Bluetooth installed, New screen drip mouldings, Rear drop link pair, Jetex cat-back exhaust (this sounds unreal - bassy on cold start but after that, no drone. Purs like a tiger around 2-3k). From looking at receipts, I think the satnav has been retrofitted by the previous owner, New alternator, 2x front shocks, New headlight wiper blades, Febi bilstein engine mount, Appears to have a reversing camera installed - I've yet to work out if it's connected to anything, New suspension buffers, 2x OEM ball joints, 1x Heavy duty drop link pair, Starline track rod end, MPH conversion, New OEM radiator Current issues:Currently making a bit of a squeak on full-lock right. Front bumper could do with a restoration, there is a large crack centre-right and there is lacquer peel +stone chips. The car has had a roof rail delete - the strips that usually cover the mountings for this has a lot of lacquer peel and the rubber that is attached to these that goes on either side of the windscreen is perishing. I expect you could source nicer ones (and probably some rails) off any garden-variety V70. The sunroof cover needs the headlining replaced. Next MOT due 12/02/2025, Black, 3 owners, £8,000
