Description

The Good:Non smoking house hold, long-term owner (6+ years) Car has a BMW individual trim on the interior, metallic paint, all the usual M5 features plus all the optional extras you want (you don't want ceramics on a daily when you see the prices of the new disks!)Which is why I decided to replace the engine rather than scrap it when car prices were mental in 2021 and spent nearly 20,000 by time I paid for VAT and new catalytic converters and a few other bits. Replacement engine (16,000 mile engine) at 119,400 miles Car has since done 18,700 miles (increasing with weekly use)Car has done around 6,000 miles a year since engine change (see recent MOTs)So engine currently on 35,000 milesCar overall milage 138,124 miles (increasing with weekly use)Additionally car has had brakes and pads, tyres (Michelin) suspension arms, battery, injectors, catalytic converters plus various oil changes, filters services and other small bits etc as required from our local BMW specialist - also has a remote for the stock exhaust - so you can open up the valves with a small keyfob inside - makes it sound a bit fruiter at lower revs than it otherwise does.Still has 2x remote fob keys.I have a set of BMW winter wheels and tyres that fit the huge brakes (!) - 2x of the tyres are past it - but 2x are good still - I will include these if I get the asking price. The Bad:I'm getting divorced - so it (and my Z4M Roadster) need to go - as not blessed with a big garage at new place.Plan was to keep it 'forever' as a perfect 'station car' for back and forth to the train station in all weathers - but its going to be consolidated now.As such the 'cosmetic' defects like the wonderful kiss it has on the front bumper (see pics) various other minor dings etc I've not had seen to as they're on plastic and sods law it would only end up with a fresh one from the lovely users of the station car park. Similarly on the interior - if it was a show car you could make the drivers bolster beautiful - but why would you - it's not! :)Summary:Get yourself a bargain - I need it gone before I move out Car is near Lincoln, Lincolnshire for viewing Proof of funds needed prior to any viewing. Next MOT due 17/10/2025, Black, 2 owners, £17,000
