Description
BMW 1 Series late 2005 120D MSport Automatic in Black with 136,000 miles on it. The car is in really good condition for the year of manufacture. I've always tried to look after it so it's considered above average for the year. The car is LOADED, we have a 6-speed auto, with full satnav upgrade, 10 disc CD changer in the boot, full black leather, I added a parrot Bluetooth, tilt/slide sunroof, folding exterior mirrors, upgraded Bosch S4 battery, great run-flat tyres all round, an MoT that is valid until April next year, the car has a service history (oil changed in April this year), new turbo fitted last May with front shocks at the same time, two keys, tonnes of paperwork with original BMW wallets and a new drivers airbag fitted earlier this month from a recall, and the alloy upgrade just finishes the car off, need a refurb. The car is priced to sell as we have a potential sensor issue, randomly it will throw up errors and require a restart to remove the errors (hence thinking it is a sensor issue). There is talk on the forums of a crank shaft pulley position sensor being the culprit or moisture in the rear light wiring loom but we have owned the car for 11 years now and my wife would like a change (besides the kids have gotten a little too big for the car). The car is finance and HPI clear. A good mechanic with experience on these cars and some good BMW specific diagnostics tool is what is required to cure that one and only issue. The car can be driven away but I'm trying to be totally transparent with what you are possibly buying. If nothing else, it's worth that in parts alone. Feel free to reach out at any time but no time wasters or agencies please. Reasonable offers considered of course. Next MOT due 23/01/2025, Black, 3 owners, £2,499
