Description

My beautiful 1986 series 3 Alfa Romeo Spider Graduate is for sale. Imported to the UK from the sunshine belt of America and first registered in the UK in 2021 this is a completely rust free Left Hand Drive car. The bodywork is in good all round condition and is finished in Alfa Rosso red, with chrome trim and wing mirrors. The Cromodora five spoke alloy wheels are in excellent condition and are shod in nearly new Kumho tyres all round. The car starts, runs and stops as it should, there are no noises or smoke form the engine and on a recent trip to Germany from the North of Scotland the engine didn't miss a beat. Inside the car the seats have been recently re-upholstered, there are professionally shaped mats with the Alfa logo, a new Blaupunkt DAB radio and the original Alfa wooden rimmed steering wheel. Some of the work carried out since arriving in the UK include; reconditioning of the gearbox by Auto Alfa to resolve the common synchromesh problem with second gear, new clutch, 4 new brake calipers, new front radiator hoses. In my ownership I have had the rear wheel bearings replaced which were an MOT advisory in 2023. Also replaced include the rear axle rebound straps, various seals and UJs on the transmission, the fuel sender pump, the clutch slave and master cylinders and the battery. Receipts for work and parts supplied in the UK are available, but unfortunately there is no history file from the USA. The top half of the bodywork appears to have been professionally re-sprayed at some point. The car comes with an original tool kit, a workshop manual and the original leather cased owners service manual, as well as a Certificate of Origin from Alfa Romeo Milan confirming it's production history. Next MOT due 04/12/2024, Part service history, Red, 3 owners, £12,000
